What is the minimum order?
It's flexible by product type. Standard items like bubble wrap, film and tape start at small quantities; custom jobs depend on spec. Tell us your monthly usage and we'll propose the most cost-effective plan.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes — every custom job includes a prototype for real-world testing, typically within 5–10 business days of receiving your part or drawings.
How is delivery handled and how long does it take?
We deliver direct to factories nationwide. Bangkok metro is typically 1–3 business days, and we can set recurring deliveries matched to your production plan.
Do you have automotive-specific packaging?
Yes — it's our core expertise: returnable boxes, dividers and part trays built to the standards used in Toyota and Hitachi supply chains.
What information do you need for a quote?
Part dimensions and weight, monthly volume, and any special requirements (ESD-safe, export, etc.). We reply with a proposal within 24 business hours.
Is Future Board the same as PP Board?
Yes — Future Board is the common Thai name for PP corrugated plastic sheet (PP Board / corrugated plastic). We manufacture it ourselves: standard sheets 1300×2450 mm, 2–10 mm thick, 14 colours, cut and formed into boxes to fit your part.
