How our packaging is priced
Every job is made to its own size and spec, so there is no single list price. This page explains what moves the number and what to send us for the fastest quote.
Six things that set the price

Size and thickness
PP Board runs 2-10 mm thick — thicker is stronger and costs more. Foam is priced by thickness and density the same way.

Order quantity
Larger runs spread tooling and setup across more pieces, so the unit price falls as volume rises.

Colour and printing
PP Board comes in 14 colours. Printing a logo or text adds a production step and shows up in the price.

Format of the job
Plain sheets are cheapest. Die-cutting, folding, fitted partitions or full box assembly each add labour.

Material and grade
EPE, EVA and PU differ in cost, and anti-static grades for electronics work carry a premium over standard grades.

Delivery date
Planned orders price better than rush jobs, because we can schedule production and buy material to suit.
